I'm Scotch. I drive a truck, and I run High Plains Hound from New Mexico.
The high plains out here are flat, dry, and full of sky. I drive for a living, and my dog rides along most days. A truck cab is a small place for a dog to spend hours. Walks happen at truck stops. I needed something my dog could do in the seat while I drove. A snuffle mat was the answer. Ten minutes of sniffing for kibble and my dog would settle in for the next two hundred miles.
That is where the shop came from. I wanted gear that was simple, held up, and washed out easy.
What we sell
