We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders affected by errors, with a full refund.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products may be discontinued at any time. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and offer a substitute, a wait, or a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. We may limit quantities per order or per household.
5. Personalized products
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, text, and photos you submit. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload. We print what you approve on the proof. Personalized items are not returnable except for defects, as stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Product use and safety
Our products are for pets and must be used under supervision. No pet product is indestructible. Inspect items regularly and discontinue use if damaged. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult your veterinarian about your dog's health and behavior.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to High Plains Hound or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or tag us on social media with our hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in our marketing. We will not use your photo in a paid ad without asking first.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Plains Hound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
